This dress is made in soft, flowing chiffon over a smooth lining. A round neckline opens onto a bodice worked in fine, narrow pleats that run to a gathered waist. Long sheer sleeves billow into a full balloon shape and gather into a fitted cuff at the wrist. From the waist the skirt is pleated all the way round and falls to the floor with a great deal of volume, so it fans out and swirls as you move. The fine pleats keep the chiffon in order and give the dress a crisp, textured surface from neckline to hem.
