Shipping policy
At Elina Blanc every order in the United States is delivered free of charge, with tracking, and with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no shipping fees, handling fees or surprises on arrival.
1. Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only (all 50 states and the District of Columbia). Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, Wyoming.
2. Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order. We do not charge for shipping, regardless of the number of items or the value of your order.
3. Order cut off time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (MT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
4. Processing time
Every order is checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays).
5. Transit time
Once shipped, your package arrives within 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
6. Estimated total delivery time
Processing time plus transit time gives an estimated total of 5 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary because of carrier volumes, weather or federal holidays.
7. Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track your order page or directly on the carrier's website.
8. Shipping address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@elinablanc.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet shipped.
9. Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@elinablanc.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost or damaged, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
