These terms of service govern every purchase made on the Elina Blanc website, operated by DR LIBERTY LLC. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse at 300-398 S Wyoming Ave, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States.
2. Products
We sell women's cardigans. We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately, but small variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings. All sizes are US sizes; a size guide with body measurements in centimeters is shown on every product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order, so the total displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Full details are set out in our Payment policy.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. In that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 6 business days after shipping, giving an estimated total of 5 to 9 business days. Every order is sent with tracking, free of charge, anywhere in the United States. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to DR LIBERTY LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DR LIBERTY LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state of residence.
